Learn to master making Mauritian Gajaks - savoury snacks usually eaten like tapas. You will have the opportunity to learn all the tips and tricks of how to prepare these recipes as well as time to ask Shelina other culinary questions.


You will learn how to make the following: 

- Gato Pima - Yellow Split Pea Chilli Cakes 

- Gato Brinzel - Deep fried aubergines in a crispy spiced chickpea batter 

- Satini Cotomili - A fresh coriander chilli chutney 

- Moolkoo - Crispy crunchy spiced batons similar to Sev but much thicker and more addictive
